I too, would like to know how to get into Marineland. We have tried everything I know and I have asked and asked for help, but none coming. My great grandson can only get into the Quest for the Color website virtual world, and I joined the club and everything. If I don’t get some answers soon, I will cancel.

Sorry about the lack of communication. You can dive into MarineLand by logging into your member account at JumpStart.com and jumping into the online world. Click on the map icon in the bottom-left corner of the screen, and then click on the MarineLand marker, represented by what looks like a beachside shack on the eastern side of the map, next to MainStreet’s ocean. Once your great grandson’s Jumpee transports there, have him run forward and slide down the red-orange slide into the Marineland buoy portal to be launched into the aquatic world. We hope those directions work for you. Please feel free to reply with further questions as needed.

To receive your mermaid swim tail, go to Quick Change (which is located in MarineLand) and click on the mermaid swim tail button. As long as you have your 15 sand dollars, the swim tail will appear. However, it will only show when you’re swimming. So your swim tail will be removed once you enter the dry lands of JumpStart. Hope this helps! Let us know if you have any other questions. I LOVE MARINELAND!!! but i just wondered if you would launch some new things and worlds and it would be cool if there was a world where you where up in the clouds and meet a talking cloud i think you should do that i might CANCEL jumpstart if you dont launch something like that ok? try it.
My daughter loves Jumpstart and MarineLand. She is trying so hard to earn the 15 sand dollars to earn one. But we are having a hard time figuring out how to earn sand dollars. She completed all the missions but only has 10. Where else/how else can she earn sand dollars?

Hi Lisa – Thanks for the question! It sounds as though your daughter has earned all the sand dollars available through the mission board. The remainder of the sand dollars can be earned by playing Bubble Trouble and Pearl Push. Just click on the map icon to locate these areas and give them a try. Please thank your daughter for being such a great JumpStart player. I imagine she’ll earn her swim tail in no time!

My son has completed all the missions in MarineLand including Bubble Trouble and Pearl Push but is unable to earn all the sand dollars he needs to earn the swim tail. I believe he has 14 of the 15 needed. How does he find out where to earn more sand dollars? Help! He’s really frustrated!

I finished Marineland, and have earned 2 swim tails and a t-shirt. But Marineland looks the same as it was before everywhere! maybe you guys can make it look like it’s back to normal and fix merrlywood and everwhere. That i think would be a good idea! Hi Tashina! To change your name, click on the JumpStart Communicator which is located at the bottom right hand of the screen. A new page should pop up and click on the tab that says ‘Name Change’ and you will be able to change your name there. Hope this helps!

Hi I am trying to complete the punk punk pouncing 101 mission from the cat mermaid and the other punk punk mission from captain crabby.But when I complete the task there is no reply from either of them and thus I can’t complete the mission.I am stuck with only two sand dollars to be completed with only one piece left for each plz help!!!!

My daughter is also stuck on the “hand pointing towards the sky” mission. The mission’s name is “Photo Art for Sale” there is a pointing hand in Merlywood but when she takes pictures of it, nothing happens so there must be another one somewhere but we’ve looked and looked and cannot find it. Can you give us some help?

Help! I have earned all 15 sand dollars, plus seven extra, I did all levels and rounds in pearl push and bubble trouble, completed all missions available from cat,jean claude, and cappy, but im still short one sand dollar. How do I earn the very last sand dollar?
Hi Amberlee! Congratulations on earning so many sand dollars! Once you have been made an honorary citizen of MarineLand and received your swim tail there aren’t any more missions for you to complete. You can keep playing the games and enjoying all the activities, but you won’t earn anymore sand dollars. Great job, you got rid of all of the punk punks and restored MarineLand to its original beauty!
I’m confused, why does the progress show there is still one last sand dollar to earn, I have earned 22 but there are 23 showing in the communicator?
Hi Amberlee! Try going to http://www.jumpstart.com/CustomerCare/FAQ.aspx#unity-reinstall and following the directions to clearing your browser and Unity cache. Hopefully that should help fix the discrepancy.
I planted the Diva Daisy in front of Jean Claude in Rubble Ruins and he doesn’t check off my sand dollar. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Widdie! We’re sorry that the mission wasn’t checked off. To complete this mission you have to buy the Diva Daisy from Isabella’s Traveling Cart, plant it in Jean Claude red flower pot and water it with the watering can. The Diva Daisy should grow and blossom. Hit the back button and Jean Claude should thank you for your work and check off the mission. If you did all of these things then you should have received a piece of a sand dollar and the mission should have been checked off. If not it might not have saved because of an error in the game. Try doing the mission again and if you still don’t get your mission checked off let us know.

Hi Talor – I looked into your problem and you should have a swim tail! It will be a icon on the right side of the change clothes page. Make sure you’re in the water though, it only shows up when you’re swimming! Let us know if you still don’t see it.

Hi Talor – Sorry I think you earned 15 pieces of Sand Dollars. To check how many you have, go into MarineLand and click on the communicator in the bottom righthand corner. Click on the Game Progress button on top to see how many Sand Dollars you have. When the whole top section is full, you will have your swim tail!
Hi – My daughter cannot figure out how to find Fishy Fountain. We have both searched the caverns and cannot seem to find it. Can you please help us?

Hi Taylor! We’re sorry all the sand dollars you earned aren’t showing up. There may have been an error in the game that caused your sand dollars not to save correctly. Try clearing your cache. Instructions for that are here. Please let us know if that doesn’t fix your problem and your sand dollars still aren’t correct.
My daughter has done all of the quests for the mermaid and the mermaid’s sand dollar isn’t filled completely. When she redoes a quest, it says “You have already earned that piece of the sand dollar” or something along those lines. Is there something else she’s supposed to do to fill up that specific sand dollar?
Hi Catherine! We’re sorry that your daughter is having trouble getting all the parts of the mermaid’s sand dollar. Jumpeez only need 15 sand dollars to receive a swim tail and become an honorary citizen of MarineLand. There are 9 extra sand dollars that can be collected playing other games and activities in MarineLand such as Merllywood’s Next Top Model and the Art Studio. It may be that you daughter needs to play these games and activities in order to earn the remaining pieces of the mermaid’s sand dollars. However, to get to the 15 sand dollars needed to receive a swim tail it is important to visit all of the characters and complete their missions. If you find that after completing all of the character’s missions your daughter is still short sand dollars, please let us know as there may be an error in the game.

Hi Helen! We’re happy to help you get your last few sand dollars. Make sure you have completed all of the missions from all three of the characters. This is the easiest way to get your sand dollars. You can also get sand dollars by playing some of the smaller games in JumpStart like Pearl Push and Bubble Trouble. You may need to complete all of the levels in both of these games to get all the pieces of the sand dollar.

Hi, Asia and Lance! There are lots of missions in MarineLand that you can complete to earn sand dollars. Although, you do not have to complete all of Kat and Jean Claude’s missions, it is the easiest way for you to earn sand dollars. A good way to keep track of your missions and the sand dollars you’ve collected is to check the JumpStart communicator while you are in MarineLand. This will show you your progress and how close you are to getting your swim tail.

I find myself playing along with my daughter in this game. We are having difficulty finding the fishy fountain, we keep looking and looking, is there something we are missing? She has 14 sand dollars, and very anxious to get her swim tail, do we have to find fishy fountain to get swim tail? I know it is unfair to just tell us where it is, can you just give us a clue? By the way, we just love this game! it is a great learning tool, it makes learning fun, thank you.

I’ve finished all of the missions there is in MarineLand. I’ve gotten the swim tail, the mermaid tail before, but the only problem is that its disappeared! I’m not sure where it went, but it’s gone. I’ve tried to do to the remaining tasks I didn’t do before, but that wasn’t enough to get 15 sandollars, again. Please Help!
I’m telling the truth that I did it! You can check my account if you want in MarineLand. But, when I go to the changing place near Isabella, Jumpstart thinks that I haven’t even gotten the swim tail before! Help!

Hi, Zabi! Congratulations, you have completed all of the unlocked missions! However, you will need to complete all of the locked missions as well, to earn a swimtail. The locked missions are only accessable to members, so you would need to become a member to unlock the remaining missions.
