Looks like your Jumpee’s feet will get a break soon! The new Ridez Shop (coming soon to JumpStart.com) will give your Jumpee a new attitude on transportation! In late October, we will have different vehicles that you can purchase to ride around the JumpStart world in/on. In order to travel with some flair, your child will need to earn JumpStart coins, and in order to earn JumpStart coins, learning games must be completed!

My kids and I have been disappointed that there is photos of Llamas, dragons and magic carpet ridez but no way to purchase them. Will you be adding these at a later date? We love your game and are continuously playing it on line and playing the missions/cds. Thanks.
Hi Marcelle – We are planning to swap out the available rides every few weeks. Keep an eye on the Ridez Shop – the llamas, dragons, carpets and others will be cycled through in the upcoming weeks! I’m glad to hear your kids are enjoying the game. Thank you for being a JumpStart customer!

My son purchased the dragon to ride and can’t figure out how to actually ride on it. You can’t seem to click on the dragon to use it.

Hmm… try swinging by the Garage, which is attached to the Ridez building and acts as a separate clickable area. There, you can access all the rides your son has purchased up to this point. Click on the dragon’s icon in the left sidebar, and your son’s Jumpee should appear on the ride upon exiting that screen. Drop us another comment if that doesn’t work.

My son purchased a magic carpet and its in his garage but we click on it and nothing happens. When we exit, it appears he should be riding it but its not there. Help!

It sounds like you’re doing everything right – entering the garage on the side of the Ridez shop, clicking on the ride you’d like to use (bringing it up on the center display), and exiting the inventory screen with the exit arrow. Does your son’s Jumpee appear to be floating as if the magic carpet is there but not visible, or is he still on foot? Hope to hear from you.
My daughter purchased a dragon and she says they are supposed to fly. She has tried all keys and I have tried different things as well. So my questions do they fly or are they ground travel?

Hi Cathi,
To answer your question, dragons are ground travel. They appear to fly sometimes, because a Jumpee can make the dragon leap really high and then glide quite a distance, which is its specialty, but it is not capable of staying permanently airborne. Sorry to disappoint, but have fun.

Hello, My Name Is Ramon Im concerned About The Dragons My Son Has Been Seeing Alot Of Them Lately But There Is No Way We Can Buy Them(We Cant Find Them)
Hi Ramon – A few months ago a dragon was offered as a ride in the Ridez shop. This ride will be cycled back into the store in the upcoming months, but is not currently for sale. Keep an eye on the blog to see when it will be brought back. In the meantime, we are also designing a whole new dragon area which will open later in April. Hope that helps.
