HAY A Taylor

Just because JS made a few mistakes so what.It was not on purpose. Its a learning site they are teaching us to learn .SO you should know they did not do it on purpose. And with the Ridez, Petz, and Threadz its makes the stores names fun. They are not spelling mistakes there the names. They never have spelling errors in the 3d site either. And if you want to find out what your kid is doing so bad sit down and watch them play JumpStart. And don't worry JS Im going to keep buying JS products. And if JS is still in up and running when I get older my kids are going to have it too!!!!! JumpStart works hard to make leaning fun and you need to be happy your kid can larn of a 3D site because that is nearly impossible for other sites.!!!!

I am sorry to hear that an email caused you to doubt the quality of the JumpStart games. Please be aware that our emails do not go through the same rigorous testing as our learning content. However, grammatical errors are still unacceptable. Upon receiving your message, I reviewed our recent emails and believe the spelling errors you referred to may be "Petz" "Buddyz" and "Ridez". Per the article above, the decision to spell these words in this manner has been reconsidered thanks to feedback like yours. We will be implementing the changes described above in future emails.
I hope you will reconsider your decision to avoid JumpStart products in the future. Thank you for your comment.

We recently received an email from you asking us to upgrade and become members. It contained four obvious spelling mistakes and one misplaced word.

Nothing makes a parent doubt an educational company more than simple spelling errors. How do we know that the games our children play are free from such errors? We will never buy a JumpStart product again.
