JumpStart Jumpee Mail

While we love connecting with JumpStart parents on our blog, Facebook page, and discussion boards, it is extra exciting when we have the chance to hear from JumpStart kids directly! Today, amidst the usual office junk mail, we found quite the gem – a hand drawn note from a budding artist named Bella.

The producers gave the note a read and decided that Bella has some great ideas for JumpStart.com, which you just might see come to life soon! Take a look:

If Bella’s parents are out there, please tell her to keep an eye on the mailbox – Frankie offered to write back directly!

We love to hear from all of our customers; please keep the feedback coming. If you have a little artist of your own who prefers to communicate with pictures, feel free to send us mail anytime:

  1. my son wants to enter his house so why not let them enter they’re own house.

  2. You just recently partnered with Wii and I was sooooo happy. I love Jumpstart (with the exception that sometimes my kid can’t figure out how to get the game to accept his right answers. For instance, he fixes the package but the game won’t let him go on or he is sent to fix a pothole, but there is no way to do it)

But I loooove the learning games and the adventure. So when I found out that it was now going to Wii where they could move, adventure and learn, I was over the moon.

I was disappointed to find out that they DON’T move with Wii. They just press the remote. Why connect it to the Wii when they are not moving?

I suggest, you allow the kids to skate, paddle, jump, run and learn at the same time. I would buy, buy and you couldn’t stop me from BUYING a product like that and I am sure that a whole bunch of parents who are concerned about their kids learning and health would BUY as well.

Additionally, I suggest making some sports, knights and a (PG) battling, active, learning adventures (knight Arthur, Grendel, throw in some real history and literature, etc.

    I hope you listen!

  3. My child really wants to have the lightening feet or smoke screen she sees others have. Is there a way to make that knowledge available or bring it to Jumpeez?

  4. We have been really disappointed in the wii version of Jumpstart. It is much more difficult to use than the other wii games.

  5. Like it Bella!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      • Hi Jordyn – To move around JumpStart, you can have your Jumpee walk around by using either the mouse and/or the arrow keys on your keyboard. You can also use the map in the lower left-hand corner of the screen for quicker navigation around the different areas.
