Something is rotten in the world of JumpStart: Sorcerer Tangorra! Over the next two weeks, we will need the help of every Jumpee to defeat this mischievous mastermind!
The next time your children visit JumpStart, a new communication device will appear, and they will hear this story:
HELP! The Sorcerer Tangorra is brewing a magical potion to remove all the energy from JumpStart! All he needs is to add rare dragon eggs, which are hidden in a secret location within JumpStart. The Secret Protection League Against Troublemakers (S.P.L.A.T.) has revealed there are hidden map pieces around JumpStart that lead to the nest. Sorcerer Tangorra is casting spells that create clues where to find these valuable map pieces. S.P.L.A.T infiltrated the Sorcerer’s plan and will be sending intel via S.P.L.A.T.T.E.R so you can solve the clues, put together the map, get to the nest before Sorcerer Tangorra, and save all of JumpStart! We need everyone’s help to retrieve the eggs, so bring all your friends! We mustn’t leave a single egg behind or disaster will strike! Good luck! We are counting on you, Jumpeez!”
Each day your child visits JumpStart, a new clue will appear to help your Jumpee discover another map piece. Collect all the pieces and find the nest of rare eggs- before it’s too late!

Dear Jumpstart, That sounds very cool. I was also wondering why jumpstart want work on apple computers. Because it works on my dads computer but I can’t play on it during the day because he works. But I could play it on my moms computer but it doesn’t work on her apple computer. Why wont it work From,Bella.
Hi Bella- JumpStart.com should work on your Mac. All you have to do is log in like you normally do and follow the directions to install a free program called unity. The only things that will not work on Macs are the games from the downloadables section of the website. However, all online game functions should be available on a Mac. I hope this helps!

Hi Bella – Ask your mom or dad to login to JumpStart.com and click “Play Now”. If Unity is not installed, they will be promted to install it then. Hope this helps!

If you just exited the arena, turn right.. its up on a grassy spot.. not really by the beach. If I remember right she had to jump to get it. Good luck.

It’s the really high mountain, and inside it is Punk Punks and Punk Punk Vally! Be careful though, it’s gaurded with punk punks. Remember, you’ll have to jump over the platforms, ther’es and entrance a little close to the garden.

Hi Loralei! You may be looking in the wrong area of JumpStart. The fist part of the clue will tell you what area of JumpStart the map piece is in, “It’s full of adventure from the highest peak down to the canyon floor.” If you’re still having trouble, S.P.L.A.T. is sending more clues to your daughter’s Jumpee Communicator so she can find the map piece. Good luck!

Hi Darlene! There could be a couple reasons why your son cannot find the map piece. Your son might not have accepted the mission during the time that S.P.L.A.T. was recruiting Jumpeez. The mission was only offered to Jumpeez for a short time and the mission was closed last week. If your son accepted the mission, you should receive Intel from S.P.L.A.T. each day and will see the S.P.L.A.T. icon on the side of the screen, it looks like a helicopter. If you don’t see this icon then unfortunately your son is not actually part of the mission and will not see the map pieces. If you are part of the mission, you could be looking in the wrong place or there could be an error in the game. If this is the case please let us know and we will be happy to help you.
We are also having a terrible time finding ‘It’s full of adventure from the highest peak down to the canyon floor, explore the place where water flows over the cliff to the shore. We’ve spent almost a week looking. I’ve spent hours. This is just rediculous.
