Since the dragons arrived in JumpStart’s Enchanted Sanctuary a few months ago, Jumpeez around the world have been doing a wonderful job caring for and training their scaly friends. But now, the dragons are no longer the only creatures in the Enchanted Sanctuary. As of today, Jumpeez can adopt a pegasus!

These new mythical creatures, or mythies as we like to call them, are believed to be a mix of a unicorn, a horse and a bird. We still have a lot to learn about these amazing winged creatures and hope that your kids will adopt them and help us find out more about them. Think your kids would like to adopt a pegasus? Visit Ivy the Fairy in the Enchanted Sanctuary to get started!
Like a dragon, a pegasus hatches from the egg. Here at JumpStart, the Eggulator can be used to keep the egg comfortable while it hatches. Once your child has collected an egg and set it up in the Eggulator, they’ll be able to choose a gender and paint the egg. Pay close attention to that paintbrush, though! We’ve found that pegasi, like dragons, often adopt the colors of their eggs!
Once the egg hatches, your kids will need to give their new friend lots of love, food and attention…
Be sure to play with the pegasus!
With enough love, a pegasus will soon be old enough to start training. Unlike a dragon, which can be taught to breathe fire, a pegasus can be taught to make icicles!
A pegasus can learn to shoot ice in Ice Training.
Eventually, a pegasus will grow big and strong enough to carry its Jumpee trainer through the sky!
An older pegasus might be ready for Flight School

I’m not getting anything from Ivy about the Pegasus
When I first went into the Enchanted Sanctuary she was referring to my voltage dragon as a Mythie….. but no egg or anything?
Hi Danielle- You cannot raise a Pegasus until you have released your Voltage dragon. All of the residents of the Enchanted Sanctuary are considered Mythies. This includes Voltage dragons, Pegasi and normal dragons.

Hi Willow – To make sure that each baby mythie gets a lot of love and attention from its Jumpee trainer, each Jumpee can only raise one mythie at a time. As soon as your Voltage Dragon is safely raised and released, you will be able to hatch a pegasus! Take good care of that dragon and you’ll have a pegasus in no time. Good luck!

I just wanted to sau how great I think JumpStart is. I play probably more than my kids lol. We have 6 kids and its great that one game incorporates all types of age groups in it. I love raising “mythies” and so do my kids. Its great to have a game that we can enjoy together.

Hi Jade – Only members can raise a pegasus of their own, but non-members can visit and play with Ivy the Fairy’s pegasus!
No even a non member can get a pegasus. you find the voltage dragon egg. then you raise and when it is old enough to go into flight school u can choose to raise a real dragon or a pegasus. i became an annurary member from finding the egg.
Hi Kendra – Sorry, but only members can get a pegasus. If you found the voltage dragon egg, you get to keep your voltage dragon and get a free two week membership, which lets you get other mythies. But once your membership expires you can no longer get new mythies.

Hi Kevin – Please make sure you’ve already raised, trained and released your current mythie, if you have one. Then, Ivy the Fairy will be able to help you power up the Eggulator and find a new egg. When you take the egg to the Eggulator, you’ll be given the choice of if you’d like to hatch a dragon or pegasus. Hope this helps!

my peagasus is in the mythie training area he can go to the flight deck but he cant do the ice training i really need help i get the snowflakes and bring it to the ice training but they dont show up.

i raised 5 dragons. 4 girls and a boy. now i have a pegasus.well when my dragons were released it got the release dates wrong. help!!!!!

I have a problem, my Pegasus is now in the training area. the fly training works perfectly but the ice training doesn’t. after i collect all the snowflakes ivy tells me to go back to ice training. the she says: “click on a snowflake, and then click on the Pegasus”. There is i list like at the dragon training where you are supposed to choose the snowflake, but there is no snowflakes. So i checked the meter that shows you how many more snowflakes to collect and it says zero!
This is a big problem because I really want to complete the training.

My daughter raised and released her voltage dragon, but the egg she got next was for a dragon. How can she get a pegasus egg? We do have a membership. She is really disappointed.
Hi Clare – We’re so sorry for the confusion! After your daughter helps Ivy find the hearts to power the Eggulator and locates an egg in the Enchanted Sanctuary, she’ll be asked to bring it to the Eggulator. When she enters the Eggulator, a box will pop up asking if she’d like the egg to be a dragon or pegasus. Just make sure your daughter selects pegasus next time and her mythie will be a pegasus. I hope this helps!
I was with her when she released the voltage dragon. She did not have to find hearts, Ivy just had her find an egg, and when we put into the egulator, no box came up about whether we wanted a dragon or pegasus.
Hi Clare – If your daughter had been in the process of finding a dragon egg when she got her voltage dragon, then that could be why that happened. Try releasing that dragon and finding another egg. Let us know if this still doesn’t work!

My son is playing with a mythie and he collects the required snow-flakes but when he enters the ice training section it says click on a snowflake and then click on the Pegasus. The trouble is – even though he just collected the snow-flakes – they are not shown in the boxes. There is nothing to click on. So we have tried clearing cache, cookies, etc and each time he collects the snow-flakes – the same thing happens. They don’t show up and so there is nothing to click on. Any ideas? At this point even starting over with a new Pegasus would be an OK option. But we can’t release this one until we can find a way to feed him those snow-flakes. Thanks

hi. i am one of the many kids who started checking this place out for info. I have live fifty entries for the mythie contest. But I have a question. I have released four dragons and am raising a pegasus. You stated that the mythies adopt the color of their egg. I painted my pegasus egg blue and white, but my pegasus was white and gray. Why? Also, I want to know how many mythies i have to realease before I get to the next trainer level. please answer as soon as possible!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi Hannah – Most mythies adopt the color of their egg, but some mythies are just too strong for the Eggulator! We’ve got our best Jumpee mechanics working on it, but until then you can go to the dress up kiosk in the Enchanted Sanctuary and buy a color kit to paint your pegasus.

Hi Emily – Don’t worry your pegasus is safe. Deleting Jumpstart from Unity won’t delete your game or mythies!

what will neglecting a mythie’s needs do?
will it disappear or get taken away? or does it just stay an extremely neglected little mythie?
and also, on average, how long does a mythie ( pegasus ) take to grow if all the little green bars are constantly filled all the way ? thankyou very much for your time and this wonderful game to keep my kids busy
Hi Michelle – I”m glad you and your kids enjoy the game! Her pegasus will need a lot of attention when she comes back, but it won’t disappear or go away. A Mythie normally takes a couple days to get through each stage, so normally 1-2 weeks.
Dear jumpstart.
I clicked the bathhouse for my mythie to take a bath.
but when she got in there. another dragon was in there also.
so while I was soaping my pegasus the dragon was right behind it . and sometimes, they would collide and the mythies would be connected. what is wrong?
3 complaints. 1:in story land, the elephants dont swim with their trunks out of the water. 2: pegasi are mamals and do not hatch out of eggs 3:pegasi only have wings, not horns. Piz change! U R supposed 2 b an educational site
Jumpstart, I think the idea that nonmembers have the chance to play with Ivy’s pegi is great!
Two complaints. 1: How are jumpstart players supposed to know what tangorra looks like, because if you tell everyone what he looks like, if they see him wandering around, they could just run away. And number 2: The trivia level two in the quiz thing are way to hard. I mean, it is only level two.
Hi Alyson – Tangorra is a very powerful sorcerer – he can change his look any time! There is no way of knowing what he is going to look liken next. But do not worry, he has been defeated thanks to all the brave Jumpees that found the voltage dragon eggs, so you don’t have to worry about him anymore! I will make sure we take a look at level two and make sure it isn’t too hard!

Okay, we are lost. We collected all fifteen hearts (three times now since we have tried clearing to see if that was the issue), and we can’t find an egg ANYWHERE! Are we missing a step? We have searched for over three hours.
Hi Vicki – We’re so sorry for the frustration this has caused! I checked with the customer support team and they told me that they have not heard of the hearts showing up but the egg being missing before, so I have to admit this is a new one for us! If you’d like to call the support team at 800.545.7677 they should be able to point you toward some of the locations we’ve seen the egg in before. I hope this helps!

Hi Tracy- First, head on over to the Enchanted Sanctuary, where you can hatch and raise a mythie. There, Ivy the Fairy will help you out on what to do, but you’ll have to find all 15 hearts that are hidden in that land and then search for a special egg that you will need to hatch for it to grow into a mythie! Hi Lily! Mythies take a few days to grow. So keep visiting your dragon and taking good care of it and it will get healthier and stronger until it grows into the next stage.

Hi, 125medford! The more you care for pegasus, the faster it will grow. If you want it to grow quickly, make sure its hunger, happiness and energy meters are always full and soon it will grow into a pegasus that is ready for training!
