The Edge will have fun new places for Jumpeez to hang out and chat with other kids their age, like the OctoLair!
Thank you for suggesting and voting on a name! The OctoLair will be up and running soon!
Jumpeez can hang out, enjoy the island atmosphere, and chat by the campfire!
Plus, new portals will take Jumpeez to the same places they know and love, like the Enchanted Sanctuary and Uncle Milton’s Amazing ScienceLand!

I’m excited! Are we going to be able to use text chat? When you type the message yourself and blocked words turn up red? It’s much easier then using the bubbles. That’s why it’s hard to build conversations in the game.

Hi Harry – Kids of all ages can enter the Edge, but it is specifically designed for kids 8 and up. Also it’s open to members and non members so everyone can enjoy it!

Hi Ponn – The Edge is meant to be more of a hangout for the older kids at JumpStart, involving a lot more chatting and some of the graphics might be considered scary to some of the younger kids since it is a darker place than MainStreet and Downtown. It is meant for kids 8 and up, but younger kids can of course check it out if they want to. It doesn’t have specific subjects, just like MainStreet, it contains portals to the different lands that are filled with games. And it will be opening later this week!

hi again! here’s a cool hangout i would add if i could put it on jumpstart. nature land. the main idea is that a evil man, wockywaste, is turning natureland into a dump! the nature land power girls try to stop him, but he locks all five in a cage, and throws them to the five corners of natureland! now the poeple of natureland get forced to work for wackywaste, and it’s you’re job to find all five keys, release the power girls, stop wackywaste with them, and save natureland! the potrtal would be the rabbit hole. hurry, wackywaste is waiting to turn natureland into a dump!

hmmm I wonder where the shadow punk punks come from.
Will there be any actual gameplay this time? My kids complain there isn’t enough action to compete with their DS games. So far, the best thing to them is Future Land because there you get to shoot enemies and some even shoot back!
Hi – We’re currently working on a number of new games, including a boat racing game, which will be added to this area in the upcoming weeks. If your kids are looking for high-speed action in the meantime, they might enjoy the SpeedDrome where there is a car racing game, a sky diving game and a sports stadium. The Enchanted Sanctuary might also be of interest – there, kids can hatch dragons and teach them to fly and breathe fire! If there’s another type of game play your kids are looking for, please let us know and we’ll see what we can do!

Hi Nikki- Try going under “Manage Account”, then “Manage Kids”, and then click on the name of your daughter to update her birthdate. I hope this helps and let me know if it’s still not working.

Hi Ng- The crew at JumpStart is working hard to have the Screamer open, but it is still in the early stages of development. In the meantime, have you checked out ShipWreck Lagoon? It’s a super fun and fast racing game that I think you will love!
