To see their achievements, kids can click on the communicator and click the Achievements tab.
Kids can see their achievements just by pulling up their communicator!
Kids can earn ribbons and trophies, working their way up from a white ribbon to a red ribbon to a blue ribbon to a trophy! There is a trophy case in each Jumpee’s house where their achievements are proudly displayed for their buddiez to see!

Achievements allow kids to show off their hard work!
More achievement categories will be coming, so encourage your kids to start earning ribbons and trophies today!

My sister is having trouble with adventureland. Frankie told her to display a checkered flag on the top of the cliffs, but when she got there, there was no flag, as if she had never obtained it. Please help.

You can get trophies to proudly display inside your Jumpeez house by earning achievement ribbons. The more activities and games you play, the more ribbons and trophies you will receive!
I can’t play to well because jump start doesn’t work to well on our computer we have the windows 7 kind but I love the idea it sounds fantastice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dear Jumpstart…
My daguther is having problems in Jumpstart 3d. When she logs in, she has finished the 1st unit and it keeps telling her that they need her to log out. She does this, and logs back in and nothing happens….it tells her again, again, and again to log out. I have even rebooted the computer and logged back in myself and get the same thing over and over again. I had created her another id previously, ie…Audrey2 and it is stuck too. She hasn’t been able to play for sometime…..and I am paying 7.99 a month for something she isn’t able to use. Please contact me back. I have called and left a message on voice mail with your company. I also called on Tuesday past the Thanksgiving holiday and your voice mail said you would be back by now, but no answer at the number yet. I hope someone can help “Jumpstart” her program again so she can keep on learning!!!!

I also have this problem although we are not paying members all 4 children are stuck at the end of unit 1 and can not go on to more activities.
My child has had a problem with her second ”Mythie”. It is ready to attend “Flight School”, but it says it is too young still. Please reply to this, it is a problem!
Hi Sonya – There are a couple of different maturity stages to the mythies. Only once the mythie is a teen, it can begin Flight School. Please let me know if your child’s mythie is beyond this stage and still cannot get it to attend, as I’ll have it fixed right away!
I am a non member. I have got no mythies no furniture, no buddyz, I have been cyberbullyed on Jumpstart, I just started Jumpstart today so I am not an expert, I have not started playing in any lands yet, I have got zero coins and jumpstars, I have got no charms in my charm inventory, I have not purchased anything and cannot purchase anything cause im non member

For those having trouble findig where to put the flag. There is a yellow square right next to the handglider. It’s kinda hard to see, took me 3 or 4 round trips to find it. Just before you get to the handglider look to the right of it on the ground.

Make sure that you click on the achievement to see how many more times you need to play that game to earn the next award. If the achievement says you have 0 more times to play the game before achieving the award, please let us know. This means that the achievement isn’t functioning properly.
what is the “poe’s hero” achievement? i thought it was the bubble maze but thats not working.
Hi, Cheryl! Your right, you will need to play Bubble Maze to earn the Poe’s Hero and Quick Floater achievements. It looks like you need to play Bubble Maze a few more times before you can earn the trophy. If you click on the achievement it will tell you how many more times you need to play the game to get to the next level.
Both of my children have earned or are working on the quick floater achievement, but they cannot complete the Poe’s hero achievement…it says must play 5 more times and doesn’t update after playing bubble maze again.

Hi, My daughter has bought every pet, and Ridez, currently available. She has a trophy in Event Planner and Party Queen. She has 50 of 50 in her house in her neighborhood, and in her VIP room. What else is needed to get trophies in Top Buyer and Shopaholic?
Hi, Lisa J.! To earn those achievements your daughter will have to continue to purchase items from the various stores in DownTown. If you click on the achievement, it will tell you how many more items your daughter will have to purchase to earn the achievement.
