Your children can also put on their wizardly thinking caps to brew up potions and cast charms by visiting the Charms Creator! What potion would your child like to brew? Just click on the Charm Book to find out what secret ingredients are needed for the charm!

My children love Windy Hollows! Unfortunately, my oldest daughter can’t seem to get into it. It’s just a giant blue bubble that says loading. The rest of the kids on my account have no troubles.
Let me rephrase my problem. One of my 2 computers can’t enter Windy Hollows. Is there some reason it won’t load on this computer, everything else works.
Hi Cassie! I’m glad your children are enjoying Windy Hollows. For the computer experiencing loading problems, please try the following:
1) Clear your web browser cache.
If you use Internet Explorer(IE), go to Tools -> Delete Browsing History -> click on Temporary Internet Files -> Delete
If you use FireFox, go to Tools -> Clear Private Data -> click Cache -> Clear Private Data
2) Clear your Unity Web Player cache by visiting http://webplayer.unity3d.com/setup/, selecting JumpStart and clicking “delete JumpStart”.

Hello, we are having the same problems here. Yes I have cleared the cache and still stuck one the 3rd loading screen. We have been having problems since the Hornhowlie release. My daughter has not been able to take care of her mythie since.

I’ve had no problems loading the hollows on my laptop. My daughter was enthralled with it the moment she started playing with it. I was stunned at how quickly she caught on to the potion-making mechanic. She’s only 5 but she figured everything out right away and was already trying to turn people into rabbits before I even got a look at it. Even after she couldn’t gather more ingredients she spent probably a few hours playing with the brooms and remarking on how they were all different. She was disappointed that no one else has turned her into a frog yet.

Jumpeez can only collect a limited amount of secret items each day. Once those items are used up, Jumpeez cannot perform any more spells. So come back every day to collect those items! Happy charming!

Been trying several times to brew a charm I can place all of the items in the pot hit brew and see a charm created but when I leave the charm brew place it does not show that i have any charms to use. please help!

I believe, that if you go to parents, then right below it, it says Online Game Preferences. If you click on that, it gives you options for your problem.

My kids are trying to access their jumpeez but all their info seems to be gone. It is asking them to create a new jumpee and name, however, they have both been playing for weeks. Is all their old info lost?

Please help. My son and I can’t figure out how to turn people into bunny,frogs and hamburgers. Apparently were not to smart, just terribly frustrated now. Spent hours trying to find rooms and see the shhh secret room can’t get into it. Are there any directions anywhere? We have looked for cheats or help online and can’t find one. Please help!
Hi Gena – We’re sorry for any frustrations you and your son are experiencing. The secret room can be found if you go around the corners of the third building in Windy Hollows, and once approached, a sparkling door will open up. Your Jumpee will need to go around and collect the necessary amounts of each ingredient needed for a charm in that room. The recipes for the charms are found in the “Charms” building, where it can be brewed as well. Once brewed, there is a wand icon on the niddle left-hand corner of the screen to cast charms on other Jumpeez. I hope this helps! Please let me know if you need any more information.

I let her see the pic of the secret room she saw that a magical puff was colored in at the begining of the charm thing at the top of the screen. Then,she went to windy hollows and saw that hers was not colored. Then,she looked all over. But still could not find it.

Hi Tammy – I am here to help, but need a bit more information. Was the magical puff that was colored something that was found in the secret room? Or was it found on the game display screen? The pictures she may have seen might have been the ones based on the original version of Windy Hollows.

help my daughter is trying to cast a spell and I have no idea how she is to do this. She made the potion but can’t cast the spell. Help
Hi Edith! We are so sorry that you and your daughter are having trouble casting spells. Once your daughter has brewed the potion, she will need to click on the charms book icon that is on the left side of the screen. All of the charms she has brewed will come up and she can pick the charm she wants to use. Then have your daughter click on the wand at the bottom of the screen when she wants to cast her charm on another Jumpee. Each potion allows Jumpeez to cast three charms. We hope that helps.

Hi, Lizzy – We’re sorry you’re having trouble casting charms! Let’s make sure you completed all of the steps:
1. Collect items from the secret room
2. Go to the charm creator and make sure you put all of the ingredients into the potion exactly like the charm book says
3. Click “Brew” and you should see your charm pop up over the cauldron
4. Leave the charms building, click on the charms book and select the charm you want to use
5. Wait for another Jumpee to come by and click the wand button

Hi Susu! You can find the secret room off of the main square in Windy Hollows. If you get close enough to this building the door will spin around to reveal a hidden opening.
