Have your kids seen the new JumpStart dock yet? Now everything a Jumpee needs to navigate through the game is all in one place, on a snazzy, compact little toolbar. Not to mention there are a couple of awesome new features that will make communicating with other Jumpeez much easier and much more fun!

So let’s check out what’s new and take quick tour of some of the features that are available.

Quick Launch
The first thing we have is the Quick Launch icon. This button will take your kids straight to some of the most popular games in JumpStart. Handy, huh?
Now your child can go straight to their favorite games!
About Me
Your child can share their favorite things with their buddies.
This is one of the biggest additions to the JumpStart game. Here your kids can share a little bit of information about themselves with other Jumpeez. This page will come up when someone clicks on your child’s Jumpee. Your kids can also click on other Jumpeez to learn more about them and see their Profile Page. On this page, there is a spot for Jumpeez to share some of their favorite things like their favorite food, favorite sport and favorite musical style. Then there is the What’s Going On? section where Jumpeez can post updates about what’s going on with them while they’re playing the game. Your child will get to choose from a set of phrases and then post it to their page. Their buddies will see your child’s updates and can comment back on them.
The Home Page
Your child can now message their buddies right from the Home Page.
The Home Page has all of the toolbar’s most important resources all rolled into one. This page has a space for communicating with other Jumpeez where your child can read and send messages, view buddy requests and see their buddies’ updates. They can also check out all the news in JumpStart about new features and activities. Lastly, there is the Quick Launch tab so you can go to a game straight from the Home Page.
Your child will also find some pretty familiar things on the toolbar. These include the Jumpee Creator, the camera and the Jumpee Communicator.
There is so much new stuff to explore and so many awesome ways for your kids to communicate with their buddies when they’re in the game!

JumpStart has been messing up since you put where you can take your Mythie around JumpStart.The Downtown area where you can get on the Jump Pads.You go right through the ground platforms.And alot more is messing up too.

Thanks for letting us know about that, Alano! We’ll try to get that fixed. Have you tried clearing your browser and Unity caches to get rid of the old game information that is stored there? That might help. Directions for that are here.

Jumpstart lately on jumpstart i’ve been seeing little eggs around jumpstart. What are they?
Hi Amir! These are called Egglings! Instead of Jumpeez getting a mythie egg they will get Egglings. Jumpeez can take them around JumpStart before putting them in the Eggulator to hatch.
Ohh! I really do like the new look! By the way, I would really appreciate it if you guys release more llamas in the Ridez shop. I am a llama lover and have been waiting for you guys to release more Llama rides but I have found none.
Hi Samantha! We’re glad you like the new features. Thanks for your input. There are new ridez coming to the Ridez Shop all the time, and a lot of times we bring back some of the Jumpeez’ favorites. So keep checking back to the blog to see if there are more llamas coming.

Hi Brianna! You should be able to change to full screen by clicking on the Communicator then going to options.
Jumpstart, how do you bring your mythie outside the mythie area? I’ve seen people doing it, but I just don’t know how!!
Hi Alex! It’s really easy, just go to the Enchanted Sanctuary and visit your mythie. Make sure your mythie is with you and not taking a nap, and then just exit the sanctuary. You’ll be able to go all of JumpStart with your mythie.
what do you mean by the “egg crates” and how we need an egg? where do we find the eggs? please respond!
Hi Kendra! The Eggling Crates are where you put your Eggling when its ready for a nap. To get an Eggling you need to go to the Enchanted Sanctuary and start collecting hearts. Once you have collected all 15, bring them back to Ivy and then your Eggling will appear somewhere in the sanctuary. Make sure you look high and low and you will find it.
Also I got a voltage dragon and when I go to the place to feed it it says “You need to have a mythie before you can enter” PLEASE HELP!
Hi Amir — We’re not sure why this is happening. Have you tried clearing your cache? A lot of times clearing your cache can help with problems like this. You can learn how to do that here. Please let us know if that doesn’t work and you still can’t feed your mythie.

I have a Mythie and I released it.But how can I ride it at downtown and other areas?Please reply because i’m am keen to ride my Mythie in different locations.

Hi, Lilly! Unfortunately, after you release your mythie you can’t take it to any other areas in JumpStart other than Flight School. You will have to adopt another mythie if you want it to go to different areas of the game with you.
