We have some great news for you, parents, to share with your kids and their Jumpeez. New mythie eggs have arrived in JumpStart! If your kids haven’t been by the Enchanted Sanctuary lately, have them check out the latest mythie features.
Over in our new Eggling Crates, little mythie eggs are waiting for caring Jumpeez to take them on adventures thru JumpStart! These new egglings allow any child to share in the magic of mythies and are both loyal friends and perfect sidekicks to have for any Jumpee that isn’t quite ready for a fully hatched mythie. If this sounds like something that would interest your kids, have them visit the Eggling Crates today! These little cuties, will have them “crackin’” up in no time!
Now everyone can share in the Mythie fun with our new Egglings!
But what if your kids have already hatched a mythie? Don’t worry! We’ve got a little surprise for you and your child too! We are glad to announce that Jumpeez can now take their mythies on adventures outside of the Enchanted Sanctuary. This way your child’s mythie won’t miss a thing while their Jumpee is off exploring all of JumpStart’s games and activities!

This clears up most loading problems and helps when the game is freezing or running slowly. You can learn how to clear your cache here. Please let us know if you are still having problems. Hi Amir! JumpStart will save all of your information including anything you buy and the mythies that you’ve raised. So when you renew your membership you will get all of your things back and will be able to call your released mythie.

Hi Ashley! We looked into the problem. Unfortunately, only members are able to adopt and raise voltage dragons. There seems to have been a mistake in the system that allowed you to adopt a dragon even though you are not a member. Now, the system is fixed and it thinks that only members have dragons. The game doesn’t see that you have a dragon. This is why you can’t feed it. We’re sorry to say that as the game fixes the problem you may not be able to keep your mythie. It might go away. We are so sorry about this mistake.

Hi Skylar! To adopt an eggling, head to the Enchanted Sanctuary. Ivy will explain what you need to do, but you will start by collecting 15 hearts that are located around the nursery. Once you have collected all 15 you can start looking for your eggling.

Hi Megan! You and your sister have both adopted mythie Egglings. You will be able to care for your Egglings, put them down for naps and take them with you on all of your JumpStart adventures. But unfortunately, you will not be able to put your Egglings in the Eggulator for them to hatch. Only members are able to hatch their Egglings.
Jumpstart I already hatched a howliehorn pegasus and a ton of dragons, but once I release my mythie I am able to fly on it, but I can’t seem to be able to take it places besides flight school.
Hi Heather! Once you release a mythie you can only visit it in Flight School. Jumpeez can only take the mythies they are currently raising out of the Enchanted Sanctuary.

Hi Emily! We’re sorry that you are having trouble. How long has your egg been in the Eggulator? It takes about a day for a mythie egg to hatch. So you’ll need to keep checking back to make sure all of the levels stay in the green zone. To get the colors to stay try clearing your cache. You can learn to do this here. Please let us know if you are still having trouble.

Jumpstart I know all that but what im saying is I went to the turn & burn challenge course & one person did’nt have a key by thier name. I was just trying to clarafy this. You can only have a mythie to go to the turn & burn right? So im guessing you can still go to flight school & call your mythie even if you aren’t a member.
Hi Amir! Yes, the Turn and Burn Challenge course is only available to members who have released mythies. Please keep in mind that the way Jumpeez names are displayed has changed. Jumpeez used to have a key and their rank by their name, now their nationality and emotion are displayed. So just because you don’t see a key by a Jumpeez name doesn’t mean they aren’t members.
Hey jumpstart! I really hope you can make the Voltage hornhowlie! Can you make it? And if you do can the first hunt let members & non-members have one? It would be so awesome!! It would be more october-like. I really love the hornhowlies! There my favorite! I love dogs! And I really love goats!

Hi Josh! If you are able to train your mythie, it should be just about full grown. If you visit it each time you are in JumpStart and take good care of it, it should grow very quickly. Please let us know if your mythie still hasn’t grown.
Hi jumpstart! Im happy that I know the developers have my idea! I can’t wait to see it on the blog and on the game. By the way the voltage hornhowlie special power is when it howls it sends out bolts of lighting! I want it to be the height of the voltage dragon. Like kind of to the ground. Also I noticed most of the mythies fetch the ball slow when you play with it. So can you make it a little faster?

Hi Skylar Y! The dress up area is a small kiosk called Pet Accesories. There are two kiosks in the Enchanted Sanctuary one is located in the Nursery and the other in the Mythie Training Area.

Hi, Tim! Please keep in mind that each species of mythies- dragons, pegasi and hornhowlies- have different accessories that will only work on that species. For example, if you purchase a dragon hat you can only put that on your dragon mythie. You will not be able to put a dragon hat on a hornhowlie or a pegasus. Please check to make sure that you have purchased the corresponding accessory for your species of mythie. When you go to the Mythie Accessories kiosk check the top tabs to see which accessories will work on your mythie.
how can you get your mythie back from flight school. i cant take it to train as long it is in flight school
Hi taytay! Unfortunately, once you have released your mythie it stays in Flight School. You will not be able to train it or take it to any other area.

Hi Taytay! You can remove a buddy from your Buddy List by clicking on the buddy icon on your toolbar. Once you get to the buddy screen, select the buddy that you want to remove and then click the Remove Buddy button on the bottom of the screen. Jumpeez can only raise one mythie at a time. You must raise and release your mythie before you can adopt another one.

My daughter was so excited to get her mythie! I am curious why they get dirty so quick though. She gives it a bath and 2 mins later it is muddy again. Is there a way to prolong the “cleaness” No biggie just wondering
Hi, Margie! Mythies do get dirty especially if Jumpeez play with them a lot. However, it sounds like your daughter’s mythie gets dirty faster than it should. I would recommend that you clear your browser and Unity cache. Sometimes these can get backed up and cause errors in the game. It’s very simple and you can learn how to do that by going here.
Hi Jumpstart. My 5 year old released his dragon Mythie to get a Pegasus and now regrets it and really wants him back. I know he can go back to the place he released it and play with him there, but he wants him back. Is there anyway to get his dragon Mythie back once he has already released it?
Hi, Jami C.- Unfortunately, there isn’t a way that a Jumpee can get his mythie back after he’s released it. If your son, wants to raise another Pegasus he can visit Ivy in the Nursery to learn how to adopt another mythie.

We are are trying to get the mythie dragon to follow our character out of flight school but are having trouble doing so. How do we get the dragon to travel through jumpstart worlds with us? If that can’t be done then how do we release it to create a new one that can travel with us as a companion. Thanks for the help =)
Hi, Cheryl! When you take a mythie to flight school, you have released it. So, you are free to adopt a new mythie right away. Just head to the Enchanted Sanctuary and visit Ivy for instructions on how to collect hearts and find your Eggling. Once you have released a mythie it stays in Flight School and will not follow you through the game, only mythies that you are currently raising will stay with you once you exit the Enchanted Sanctuary.

Hi, Juliet! We apologize for the delay. If you want to release your mythie to flight school you will need to train it to fly first. Just head to the Flight Deck to get started. You will only be able to train your mythie once a day so you will have to keep coming back until your mythie is fully trained.

Hi, Lilly- You are only able to fly your released mythie in flight school. It is possible that the others that you see flying around MainStreet and DownTown are dragon ridez. Right now, you can buy a fire dragon ride, just in time for Valentine’s Day!

We have been in and out of the eggulator, cleared the cache, and back again, made sure it was in the green, etc. Still no mythie. This means that you will not be bale to raise the eggling that you have into a full grown dragon. The eggling will remain as an egg and follow you through the game similar to our JumpStart petz.

Help! I’ve been training my horn howlie for 5 days and it can fly and do the sonic howl! I have been keeping it really well taken care of but it wont grow! No matter what i do!
