I haven’t been on jumpstart in a long time, and when I logged on, even though I’m not a member, my pegasus followed me all around jumpstart– even outside the enchanted sanctuary. I clicked on it and put it to sleep, then went to the enchanted sanctuary. The fairy told me that my mythie is sleeping and to click on the dorms, but when I clicked on the dorms it said I need a mythie before entering, even though my mythie was already in there. Would you be as kind as to tell me the soloution to this pegasus glitch? Thank you!

Hi, Christopher! It seems like the game was just adjusting to your new membership status. As mythies are only for members, the game doesn’t recognize that you have a mythie anymore. If you renew your membership you will be able to get your mythie from the dorms and play, feed and train it.

Hi, Daryn O.! It looks like you might need to clear your cache. This will help clear up most loading issues and it’s really simple to do. You can go here for steps on how to clear your Unity and browser cache. I would also recommend re-installing Unity and you can do that by going here. That should fix the problem, but please let us know if you are still having trouble.

Hi, Jordan Swiftmonkey! You can get charms by heading to the Charms building inside Windy Hollows. Follow the instructions given to collect ingredients and brew a charm. You’ll be casting kooky spells in no time.

Hi, Anna! The ingredients you will need to brew your charm are available in a hidden room in Windy Hollows. Head to the Windy Hollows square and wait. One building will turn itself around to reveal a hidden door. You will find all of the ingredients inside.
