We are wishing you and your family a wonderful New Year! Thank you for all of your support and feedback throughout 2011. As we ring in 2012, we fondly look back at all of the things that made this year so special. There were some amazing new additions to JumpStart like our sister site, Math Blaster, Egglings, Mummy’s Maze, new communication features and the Windy Hollows charms- Party Peacock and T-Rex- designed by a couple JumpStart fans and. Phew! It has been a very busy, but an extremely fun year, packed with new adventures, friends, activities and games.
But, we couldn’t have done it without your feedback. We loved seeing your fantastic ideas, drawings, and fan mail, so please keep them coming because they help us make JumpStart even better!

I have a suggestion for a new place in Poseidon’s Hangout! A bowling alley right by the Octo Lair, where you could go and bowl with your buddies against other teams or non-competitively, and you could win coins if you get a strike! My sister would love it because she loves bowling on our Wii

hi jumpstart. i have a question my parents dont know how to give me type chat i know it says parents permision but what website do they go on to get the type chat for me? please respond back.
Hi, Lea! To enable type chat on your account, your parents will need to go to JumpStart.com and sign into your account. Then they will need to click on the Parents Tab and then Manage Kids. If they select your child account they will be able to enable type chat for you.
Hi Jumpstart I just started playing Math Blaster and why doesn’t it load?
Hi, AlyssaRainSwan! Have you downloaded Unity? This is the 3D program that runs the game. You will need to download Unity before you can play Math Blaster and you can do that by going here. If you have already downloaded Unity and are still having trouble, I would suggest that you clear your browser and Unity cache. You can learn how to do that by going here.
hi jumpstart my sister said she would not play jumpstart because there is no horses and she love horses and I want there to be like a forest were you can camp and make camp fires and rost meat. Oh and I am still Joey H. but I changed it to Joey ok, ok.
What about the rides that look like horses?
Hi, Jessica FungusSnorf! There are llama and pony ridez in JumpStart too, but these like other ridez are only in the Ridez Store for a short period of time. You can check back to the blog to see what the next shipment of ridez will include.

Hi, Danile Coyote! We are so sorry that this is happening. I would suggest that you clear your browser and Unity cache by going here; this may fix it. These errors do happen, but shouldn’t last very long. Please let us know if you are still having trouble with type chart.
Hello my son who loves Jumpstart cannot log on because every time we log on it brings us to the wii game then it says Auto Disconnect : Your Jumpee has been idle for too long. We have tried multiple times with no luck. Any help will be great. Also my son enjoys the dragon ride!
Hi, BenAsaDash! It looks like it might be time to clear your browser and Unity cache and you can do that by going here. Then, go ahead and sign into your account at http://jumpstart.com. Sometimes these caches can get backed up and cause loading errors in the game. Clearing these should fix the problem, but please let us know if you are still having trouble.
how do you get back on your horse when they say “do you want to get off your horse”? My daughter’s horse disappeared?
Hi, Sam! If your daughter’s horse or any of her other ridez go away or she sends them away, they will be in her Ridez Garage. This is located next to the Ridez Store in DownTown.
I hope Jumpstart had a happy new year!!!! Jumpstart IS SOOOOOO TOTALLY AWESOME. Me and my identical twin Chandler love it. We couldn’t wait to see Jumpstart in the new year and I love jumpstart its so totally awesome and me and Chandler have been playing it since it opened and have played all the downloadables jumpstart will be a part of our lives forever I love jumpstart. And also, ME AND MY TWIN LOVE THE TYPING CHAT ADDITION WE HOPED FOREVER THAT WOULD COME!!!! THE NEW YEAR HAS BEEN SO AWESOME JUMPSTART IS AWESOME!!!!
