Now that we’ve officially entered 2012, we want your kids to help us celebrate the passing of time into the New Year by joining us in a little hunt around the SpeedDrome! How many of our time related items have your kids’ Jumpeez already found?
Keep an eye out for theses timepieces around the SpeedDrome!
For a seasonal search, Father Time has helped us out by hiding 20 items around the SpeedDrome, including: a vintage alarm clock, a digital clock, a digital wrist watch, an hourglass, a pocket watch, and a trusted sundial. Some of these items may be foreign to your kids, so let them know how each of the hunt’s items has stood the test of time to help Jumpeez both past and present track time.
Which items do you kids still need to find?
To figure out which items your child and their Jumpee have left; simply select the Communicator on the right hand side of their character dock. From there, have your kids hit the “Scavenger Hunt” button to pull up the list of items they’ll need to find for their JumpStart prize. Make sure they look high and low for these items since they could be anywhere in the SpeedDrome. If necessary, you and you kids may want to stay tuned for hints on some of our harder to find timepieces. Until next time!

i cant find any of the items or see them. can you find out why?
Hi, Olivia! We are so sorry that this is happening. Some of the items will be in plain sight and others are a bit harder to find. If you don’t see any, then I would suggest that you clear your browser and Unity cache. Sometiemes these can get backed up and cause errors in the game. You can learn how to do both of those things by going here. This should help, but if you are still having problems please let us know.

Hi, Sarah! Clearing your browser and Unity cache should fix the problem and you can learn how to do this by following the steps you see here. I would also suggest re-installing Unity which you can do by going here.

hi jumpstart. my mom tried to get the type chat thing and it wont work can you try to see why?
Hi, Lea- We’re not sure why this is happening. If you sent your mom an email and she doesn’t see it, she can enable type chat on your account by signing into JumpStart.com. Once she’s signed into your JumpStart account, she will need to go to the Parents tab and then Manage Kids. Here, she will be able to turn type chat on for your account.

Hello. I cant find all of the clocks or watches or any of those things. Are some of these things in places where only members can go into? Or can they be found where all Jumpstart players are allowed to go?
Hi, Rebecca! All of the time pieces for the scavenger hunt can be found in areas in JumpStart that are open to all Jumpeez like MainStreet and the SpeedDrome. Make sure you check this post to get special hints to the location of some of the items. Good luck!
