how do i take people off of my jump start account
At this time there is no way of removing someone from your account. Each account is allowed 6 players and you can change these players’ names by going into the “Parents” tab and selecting “Manage Kids”. If you have nay other questions, feel free to let us know. Thanks for playing JumpStart!
the air plane doesn’t even fly

Everytime my son buys a ride once he sends it back to the garage he can No longer select and ride it
Hi, Peter – We’re sorry about that and are more than happy to help get your son’s items back to him. Are the items no longer visible in his inventory when he goes back to the garage? He’ll need to make sure that he enters the garage and not the adjoining Ridez Store when he wants to switch cars. Please check this out and if you are still not able to access the ridez, let us know so that we can look further into your account.
