In JumpStart, kids are encouraged to express their unique vision through the customization of their Jumpee and game. The more you advance in missions and learning games, the more features you are able to unlock. Join JumpStart’s conversation and vote on your top customization ideas.

    You should be able to create your own missions. You can put them in an NPC character (like Frankie) to help other Jumpeez.

    Jumpstart- The new ranks might seem like a good idea, and they probably are to get people more involved, but my daughter just spent the afternoon sobbing because she was knocked down to level nine. She worked very hard for two years to get to level ten, and now you took that level away from her? Also, I noticed that her friend was level 20 with 1900 jumpstars, but everyone else was level 12 with that amount. What is your “system” for knocking people up and down levels? We will most likely not continue to pay because her achievements are disregarded.

    I’d like to design my own area for older kids – a wild west area with a small town. It’d like it to be near Adventure Canyon where the canyon view is located.

    I’d like to design:
    - a town
    - quests/missions for JumpStars
    - a place to buy horses
    - a store to buy cowgirl and cowboy clothes
    - cows to take to pastures
    - outside the town there would be rock formations and cacti
    - other buildings to go inside

    Hi, could you please make it possible after you release your mythie, to go back when ever you want and choose which mythie you want to walk around Jump Start with you, instead of just being able to fly them when you want to see them. My daughter gets so upset when she has to set them free, it would be a cool feature cause that way they could still make a new mythie and not have to worry about never haveing your old mythies out of the flight school. Thank you!!!

    First of all, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE put a American Girl Store in Times Square Jumpstart. In real life, there’s a American Girl Store on Fifth Avenue Times Square so it fits. We could explore the three levels of the American Girl Place and click on dolls, clothes, furniture, and accessories to buy them using Coins. The American Girl Dolls in real life are $110, so that’s how much they could cost in Jumpstart. PLEAAAAAASSSSEEEE!!!!

However, our team does consider each and every bit of feedback that is sent into our blog and newspapers.     I choose K. I would LOVE for you to finish Adventure Land! It was my favorite game on JS, but once I got to the point that you find a way to repel the Punk Punks you cant keep going. There is a HUGE hole in the story line! I found out that there is more to the Punk Punks than just them being bullies, yet then that dog-man (I can’t believe I forgot his name! I used to know it!) said “come back later and new features will be here” I checked in a month, nothing. I checked in a year, nothing. and I finished all the quests and still I have found no updates. Please make more things in Adventure Land.

However, you are able to change the name of the listed players in your account settings under the “Manage Kids” option. Each registered account is allowed to have up to 6 players at one time.       Hi, Chris! If you check into you JumpStart neighborhood, you will find that new neighborhood customizations were added to the game because of this poll. Unfortunately we never had plans to immediately implement each feature mentioned here. Frankie and the JumpStart team were looking to get feedback from players like you and most of the Jumpeez that responded were interested in new neighborhood customizations. We are so sorry for the confusion. Check them out and let us know what you think!
