If they haven’t done so already, have your kids take a visit to The Enchanted Sanctuary to get an eggling pal of their own. These cute companions are an absolute dream to adventure with through JumpStart! And by securing their Eggling and completing all of Ivy’s tasks, your kids will even be rewarded with a few coins and jumpstars to help them rise through our ranks!

Follow Ivy’s fairy dust to the new Egg Nest!

After collecting all the hidden hearts to power the Eggulator, they’ll need to follow Ivy’s magic fairy dust to the egg nest under the big tree. It’s in this magical area that your kids will be paired with the perfect egg for their Jumpee!

Egglings need to dance to keep their happiness levels up! Teach them a few moves.

After naming their egg, they’ll need to start caring for it. Have them keep an eye on their Eggling’s happiness and energy levels which are recorded by the meter on the upper portion of your kid’s gaming screen. To keep their egglings happy and full of energy, they’ll need to dance with and tickle their new little pals whenever they see those bars running low. These options are found by simply clicking on the eggling!

Craft this fun creation with your kids!

Try sharing a cool and creative craft idea with your little learners. That way, they’ll be busy having fun while you get a crafty keepsake to help commemorate the day that you spent together! After all, what mom wouldn’t love receiving a few fabulous photo flowers from their kids, right? Thankfully JumpStart has a ton of crafts and activities for you to get you and your kids started!

- What You’ll Need -

Glue
Photos
(Try using ones on you and your kids)
A pair of scissors
Pipe cleaners
Scotch tape
A few sheets of construction paper
(Colors of your choice)

- What To Do -

1. Take your photos and cut them into smaller sized circles. When figuring out the exact size you want to work with, keep in mind that these pictures will be acting as the center of the flower(s) so they’ll need to be the smallest of your paper cut outs. We’ve gone ahead and used images of some of our favorite JumpStart characters as an example!
2. Grab your construction paper and cut out a small template in the shape of some flower petals. Use this template to repeat the shape using different colors of construction paper. By mixing and matching colors and shapes, your kids can create some pretty spectacular flowers.
3. If you want, you can layer the petals with a larger flower cut outs to create fun color combinations or patterns. To do this simply glue you small flower to a second piece of construction paper and them cut around the outline leaving about ¼ inch of space between the two edges.
4. Once you’ve created the petal pattern that you like, glue the photos you cut out earlier to the center of your paper flowers.
5. To finish them off, attach a small pipe cleaner to the back of your flowers using a little bit of scotch tape. This will act as the stem of your flowers.

Once you finish, you can display your flowers in a variety of ways! Stick them in a small flower pot, hang them, or affix them to a card! There are truly an endless amount of possibilities when it comes to these crafty creations. Try them out with your family and let us know what you think of these cool Mother’s Day gifts!

As part of that celebration, Frankie hid a few festive items around DownTown and MainStreet for your kids to find with their Jumpeez. Your child should have received a message to their Jumpee’s communicator telling them all about it! They can also view the full list of hidden items there by selecting the “Scavenger Hunt” button from the menu. Get started now and see how many items your kid can find!

Think your kids have what it takes to finish this mission in time? Then get them hunting because this fun activity will only be around for a limited time! And any player that finds all the items will be receiving a few extra coins to spend around the game. Look for the new challenge button!

If they’re up for it, have them start by looking for the challenge button that now comes up after they finish some of our most popular games like Fruit Salad Chop, Bubble Maze, and Punk Punk Drop, to name a few. This will allow them to challenge a friend to beat their posted score or time!

Select a buddy to get started

From there they’ll be able to select whichever buddy they’d like to challenge. A window, displaying their full buddy list will appear, so all they’ll need to do is check the box for their chosen buddy and the competition is on! When receiving a challenge, your kids will have 7 days to complete it and the offer will be listed on their “About Me”page under the new “Challenges” window.

When your kids are challenged to beat a posted score, they’ll find the info listed on their About Me page!

There are so many pinatas to see!

And if your kids didn’t already know, piñatas come is all shape and sizes! That’s why we helped put up a number of cute and colorful choices for them to take a swing at. All they’ll need to do is get close to their intended target and select it using their mouse. This will get there Jumpee swinging away for possible prizes! And who doesn’t love a few surprises, right?
