Over in the DownTown FunZone, we’re bringing some “just for fun” activity with our new jump house. Have your kids and their Jumpee friends head over to the FunZone to get jumping. With each leap, they’ll be lifted to new JumpStart heights! Are they ready for this quick adrenaline rush?

Tell your 8-10 year olds to head to FutureLand and compete for the chance to join Dr. Brain’s Secret Society. They must travel through time to the Ancient and Industrial Eras where they will complete secret missions to prove their brain strength. Jumpeez will be required to race through speed paths, go on goo pod missions, and battle gords. Will they have what it takes to join the ranks of Dr. Brain and his cerebral masterminds?

Jumpeez can travel to places like Ancient Greece, but must beware of crumbling ruins.

This Jumpee is at the height of the Industrial Era.

Does your kid want to be Jumpee millionaires? They can, by playing the game that tests their knowledge of language arts, math, science, and geography. They’ll choose from challenges made specific for 3rd-5th graders and then, select different lessons within each category. Your children will enjoy the risk of deciding to “Bank It” or “Let it Ride” after each correctly answered question. If they continue to “let it ride,” they could eventually earn enough coins to become a Jumpee millionaire. What would your child do with all those coins?

It’s easy- start by simply entering your child’s name and grade.  You can choose between Preschool through 4th Grade. Then select up to three answers to a few simple, age-specific questions about your child, such as their favorite game or their favorite thing to read.

With so many explorers of different ages, we’ve been working on a way to make it easier for players to navigate through the world of JumpStart.com.  Over the past few weeks, we’ve been organizing locations based on their appropriate age groups so that Jumpeez can jump straight to their favorite spots!  If you’ve entered a birthday into your account, you may have also noticed that your Jumpee’s starting location has changed and that you now start off in a world that’s just right for you!

We hope this new layout means less time navigating through the game and more time learning and playing!  Have fun with it!

Lately, we’ve received a few questions about ranks so we thought this would be the perfect time to take you behind the scenes and show you how ranks work. The ranks at JumpStart.com are powered by stars…JumpStars that is! As you earn JumpStars, you’ll level up and reach new ranks.

Wondering how many JumpStars you have? Just click on your JumpStart Communicator and select the JumpStars tab. You’ll be able to see your current rank as well as how many stars you need to level up.

So where do these mysterious JumpStars come from? Great question! Jumpeez are rewarded with JumpStars for exploring new areas and playing new games! There are stars waiting to be earned in MainStreet, in the Lands (FutureLand, MarineLand, AdventureLand & StoryLand) and in the downloadable games that are included with a JumpStart membership.

In MainStreet, try playing new levels of Ghost Town Grab or stop by the Sound Bop or Robo-A-Go-Go kiosks in the arcade for stars. In the Speed Drome, race your way through the various levels of Buggy Racer to see if you can level up! In the Lands, complete missions and try all of the learning game levels – each new level that you achieve mastery (more than 80% correct) in will boost your star count! Finally, if you are a member, make sure to try out the downloadable games…there are hundreds of additional JumpStars waiting to be earned!

Now that you’ve got the scoop on the best spots to land some JumpStars, make sure to keep an eye on the competition in the Hall of Fame. There, you’ll be able to see how you stack up to Jumpeez around the world.
